Booking cancellation	Booking Cancellation Once a reservation is confirmed, we will send you an email notification. Any booking that has not been fully paid is considered a non-guaranteed booking. Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for the entire stay. Failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value.
Others Information	Swan Garden Hotel enforces a No-Smoking policy in all guest rooms and enclosed public areas. A cleaning fee of RM300 will be imposed upon the guest(s) concerned should there be smoking. A Tourism Tax of RM10nett (per room, per night) applies to foreign passport holders arriving from 1st January 2023 onwards. The Hotel collects this on behalf of the government upon check out and is not included in the total room cost. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Effective 01st March 2024, Malaysia's SST (Sales & Service Tax) rate will be increased from 6% to 8% as mandated by the Government.

Rates quoted (nett) in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), inclusive 8% government tax.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
Maximum of two (2) adults and one (1) child (below 12 years) per room. No additional charges for children (under 12 years of age), will be imposed, for sharing the room with parents.
Reservations are held until 5:00pm unless guaranteed by Credit Card or Advance Deposit.
Check-In time is 3:00pm and Check-Out time is 12:00noon.
Early check-in or late check-out arrangements can be made at applicable charges. Kindly contact our Reservation and/or Front Desk early for such arrangement.
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and No refund will be given (Hotel policy).
For all reservations, the Hotel requires a deposit for each room being incidental charges upon check in amounting of RM100. Deposit may be placed in cash or on a credit card at check-in time. For deposit using credit card, pre authorization by the Hotel is required.
